Meeting Room Update

For the record I am down another 1.2#’s this week. I looked back at my week and all was in order.

Topic for the week is “Smart Snacking”. Lots of positive results. Got a bravo star for my power food challenge.

Super Bowl Sunday snacks that will not break the points allowance. Fresh vegetables and fruit with low-fat dips. You get the crunch without the guilt. Make sure to space out the beer with a glass of water. Remember to track what you eat. Smart snacking is an asset to weight loss.

Power foods for the day 3, power foods for the week 28.

Well, unfortunately I over did the empty calories today I got a little stressed out last night about my grandson misbehaving and after all was settled down, I need to drink. Probably not the right thing to do, but I did it anyway and tracked.

Meeting later this afternoon and we will see how everything went.

Another busy day. Had my grandson over from the weekend and took him out to lunch so I was juggling grandson and work in the same day. Have bowling league in the evening and did very well. I did not drink any beer, I just had water. All in all, very successful tracking day.

Had a party at the house Sunday evening for a group of friends did very well and did plan for my six glasses of wine throughout the evening. Appetizers were crudités’s with low-fat dip and were left available throughout the entire evening.

Getting prepared to have a party on Sunday, so got the house scrubbed from top to bottom, giving me some extra activity points. Went out to lunch and made some good choices with that chose a grilled chicken sandwich over hamburger, but I did eat french fries and had a glass of wine instead of beer.

Power foods for the day 4. Power foods for the week 11.

This was a good day for tracking, as I had quite a lot of work to do and had to eat lunch on the run, but it didn’t turn out too bad. I did not go over my daily allowance and was very satisfied all day. Had to deal with the stress of setting up a replacement work cell phone and instead of taking my frustration out on food I took half an hour and worked on the project.

This turned out to be a very busy day. my lunch did not go as scheduled as I had to stop at the pharmacy to pick up some medications that needed to be delivered first before I took my drive down to the coast. i did not get home until very late, but i did have a really good pizza that was it chicken pesto with spinach and mushrooms.
