Power foods for the day 3, power foods for the week 28.

Well, unfortunately I over did the empty calories today I got a little stressed out last night about my grandson misbehaving and after all was settled down, I need to drink. Probably not the right thing to do, but I did it anyway and tracked.

Meeting later this afternoon and we will see how everything went.
