A busy end to an even busier week. Getting caught up with emails and paperwork, and a run to pick up my contact lenses. a visit from my favorite niece and a fun lunch out. the place Little Big Burger is fun, sort of Ikea like in design with great little burgers and fries. Oh darn I should have taken a pic of the burger, ok next time.

I tracked it all, even the “empty” calories in the evening, and drank all that extra water ….
