A busy work day, I am glad I had the time to enjoy the sunshine the other day. Busy work days make it easier for me to stay on program, I eat what I pack, and have no time to think of snacking. I was using the stairs instead of the elevator giving me a lot of activity.  Meeting today, but I will just weigh and go as I have a lot to do for work. At least I am going to check in.

Oh a great day!! Had a chance to play 9 holes of golf with my buddies. this was our first game of the season and it was not a bad one at all. I walked the course and had fun earning 19 activity points. I wish I had the time to play regularly this is one activity I truly enjoy.

I did not do too bad on my tracking.  I even made dinner and used my Weight Watchers Quick and Easy cookbook.

No spectacular  pictures today, unless you really want to see a giant pile of laundry. This was a busy day getting the week wrapped up. I still have a great deal of paperwork to finish along with everything else. Oh well I would rather be busy.

Tracking was easy, got an ice cream with the grandson before we got to the house, and had some conversation time while I was playing Words With Friends and he was playing Skyrim. Ah the modern age …

Okay so the other day it was margaritas, and yesterday it was Red Robin. Could I have made better choices, yes, did I no, but it is all tracked and I have prepared for my drive back later today by stocking up on healthy snacks. I have pre-cut apples, water and vegetables. I will have a descent breakfast.

While my day was a busy one I did take a break and enjoy a local High School baseball game. Where I was working there is this great fish tank. So it was not all about work and I was able to focus on the job at hand.

Traveling for work this week (again). Spending time in the southern part of the state. The drive south was pleasant and I had the car packed with good food so I would not be tempted to stop at the burger place in Rice Hill. I need to stay away from that place. My plans fell apart at dinner. I had great Mexican food at this little place off the main drag across from the VA. Well I had the extra points and I tracked it all even the 2 margaritas.
