Getting caught up with emails and paperwork, and a run to pick up my contact lenses. a visit from my favorite niece and a fun lunch out. the place Little Big Burger is fun, sort of Ikea like in design with great little burgers and fries. Oh darn I should have taken a pic of the burger, ok next time.</p>
<p>I tracked it all, even the &#8220;empty&#8221; calories in the evening, and drank all that extra water &#8230;.</p>

After work I had to fight with my insurance company to find an eye Doctor that would take my insurance as it was getting near the time for more contact lens. What a hassle! Got it taken care of and went out for some great Mexican food and of course a couple of margaritas. It was worth the extra points.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For the I did weigh-in yesterday and i broke that plateau I was on for 6 weeks and I am down finally! It was not easy and sometimes frustrating when the scale does not budge but I stuck to the program.</p>
<p>Work has been very busy and it also helps that I bring my food with me so no snacking and eating regular meals keeps me from over eating at dinner. The activity was great and I took the stairs instead of the elevator.</p>
