This was an OK day. Needed to make a upplanned visit to a facility but other than that nothing exceptional. It was bowling league night and I did have some beer (I think it helped my game) all was tracked. Split an order of fries with dinner so that helped in keeping the points under control.

Mostly a good day, had a lot of frustrations with some of the aspects of my job, but toward the end of the day it all worked out. I did not stress eat and that was a success. Had bowling league unfortunately I was not on my game. Just drank water during the match, another success. However when I got home I wanted to finish reading a book I started on my Kindle Fire over the weekend and I stayed up to late and fell asleep in my chair, Kindle on my lap. Oh well I finished the book this morning during breakfast.

Another busy day. Had my grandson over from the weekend and took him out to lunch so I was juggling grandson and work in the same day. Have bowling league in the evening and did very well. I did not drink any beer, I just had water. All in all, very successful tracking day.

This was a busy day. I had an in-service for a customer and it turned out to be an audit also and missed my bowling league. There was pizza available and I declined, glad I did as that is what I had for dinner when I got home.

Today the weather people looked into their crystal balls and predicted
“snowpocalipyse” yeah right, they need to dust off their magic seeing stones, because it did not happen. It is only when they don’t predict anything that it happens, come on this is Oregon weather happens… ok enough of that…

As far as tracking goes it was a great day. I had a lunch meeting today and I brought Reuben Sandwiches, oh they were so good. It was also the first night of bowling league and it was great, I love bowling a great activity…
