A busy end to an even busier week. Getting caught up with emails and paperwork, and a run to pick up my contact lenses. a visit from my favorite niece and a fun lunch out. the place Little Big Burger is fun, sort of Ikea like in design with great little burgers and fries. Oh darn I should have taken a pic of the burger, ok next time.

I tracked it all, even the “empty” calories in the evening, and drank all that extra water ….

A perfect Sunday, it was warm and spent sometime oust side before it got too hot. Called my Mom for mothers day and had a good conversation with her. Tracking went well I did have a few more empty calories, but all was accounted for and tracked.

Turned out to be a busy Friday. After work I had to fight with my insurance company to find an eye Doctor that would take my insurance as it was getting near the time for more contact lens. What a hassle! Got it taken care of and went out for some great Mexican food and of course a couple of margaritas. It was worth the extra points.

For the I did weigh-in yesterday and i broke that plateau I was on for 6 weeks and I am down finally! It was not easy and sometimes frustrating when the scale does not budge but I stuck to the program.

Work has been very busy and it also helps that I bring my food with me so no snacking and eating regular meals keeps me from over eating at dinner. The activity was great and I took the stairs instead of the elevator.

A busy work day, I am glad I had the time to enjoy the sunshine the other day. Busy work days make it easier for me to stay on program, I eat what I pack, and have no time to think of snacking. I was using the stairs instead of the elevator giving me a lot of activity.  Meeting today, but I will just weigh and go as I have a lot to do for work. At least I am going to check in.
