Oh a great day!! Had a chance to play 9 holes of golf with my buddies. this was our first game of the season and it was not a bad one at all. I walked the course and had fun earning 19 activity points. I wish I had the time to play regularly this is one activity I truly enjoy.
I did not do too bad on my tracking. I even made dinner and used my Weight Watchers Quick and Easy cookbook.
