It was my birthday yesterday and I think I did great on my eating and tracking. Overall this week I did use almost all of my weekly allowance, but also got in more activity this week. Weigh-In is later today and I am expecting to stay the same or up slightly.

Had a great day spending time with my Grandson. After getting my work done, we went out and got him some new shoes (or should I say boats), had lunch and went bowling. Only used 3 of my weekly points allowance on a bunch of snacks. It will be interesting to see what my tracker looks like tomorrow as my birthday is today.

I was out a a community doing an audit all day for work and I needed to choose the food to go. I made myself a sandwich and stooped to pick up a Starbucks Protein box to keep me from snacking.  I knew that it was going to be a long day and I planned well. I got home around 11 pm and had a burrito waiting for me in the oven keeping warm, ate unwound and went to bed.  A successful day tracking and I did not use any of my weekly points allowance.

I was able to get in a lot of activity cleaning the house, I find cleaning the house cathartic. Something to keep my mind off of family health problems and to allow me to clear my mind and stay focused on the things in my world that I can change and be supportive of those that need my support and prayers.

The challenge is not to over do the empty calories, and I think that I am doing OK with that challenge.

Bowling league play-offs last night, no beer, just water. I was on my game but it looks like we might be playing for 3rd place next week, anyway it was a fun season.
